SOAP ? Finding The Little White Lye

Hey There Ginger (and all : ),

 

Check your local grocery store, in the drain cleaner section. Look

specifically for " Red Devil " brand Lye for cleaning drains. That brand

specifically is 100% Lye .. but be warned ... Drano is NOT 100% Lye, it

has other stuff in it and is NOT suitable to make soap with .. ONLY get

the " Red Devil " brand

 

If you can't find it in any of the local grocery stores let me know and

I'll pass along some online sources!
