Guest guest
Hey Ana (all) How much rose Otto oil did you end up using in the Princess Rose Candles you made? (of course cause of the price this is for personal use). I never tried the rose Otto in a candle, although I have used diluted rose otto rubbed onto an unscented candle and that works nicely *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com
Guest guest
not as much rose otto as you might think..but since this was not my oil I used the whole 1/8 ounce in about 15 votives.. I then got to keep the empty bottle and I put jojoba in it and had my own little wee bit to dabble on when ever I needed to to.. I still have that wee bottle. It still smells so good.. ana , Chris Ziegler <chrisziggy1@a...> wrote: > Hey Ana (all) > > How much rose Otto oil did you end up using in the Princess Rose Candles > you made? Guest guest
Chris, You'd save a lot of oil (and money!) if you burned an unscented candle. Then as the wax melts a pool around the wick, carefully add a drop or two of the rose otto eo. I'm sure you know to avoid the flame, though, or you'll have a little torch on your hands!
