Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to the list, an almost 27-year-old in Cherokee, NC. My sweetheart and I are doing a small garden. I would love to plant some Mexian oregano for her mother, who is from a pueblo in central Mexico. I've found lots of info on the plant and sources for the dried herb, but no seed sources. Anyone know of a lead for us? Thanks! Matthew.
Guest guest
Matthew- Look at Native Seeds Search in Tucson. They have a great stock of agricultural seeds native to the Southwest. It would be a great place to start. www.nativeseeds.org HTH- Lynda hrsshbnd wrote: >Hi, I'm new to the list, an almost 27-year-old in Cherokee, NC. My >sweetheart and I are doing a small garden. Guest guest
I didn't see Mexican Oregano listed, but this company has lots of seeds and medicinal plants. All the seeds are organically grown or wild harvested. They also sell some live roots and plants. The company is Horizon Herbs. Their website is www.chatlink.com/~herbseed. All other contact info is there. Good luck. Have a wonderful day.
