Induced SPAM

Hi y'all,

 

I think I recall reading somewhere that a lot of the SPAM we get is a

result of being on a list. I went to their Privacy Policy to see

what I could do to deny them use of my email address, but it appears

that if you want to use , you have to let them have their way.

Am I reading this wrong? Is there a way to get around these s?
