Seeking A Yummy Dipping Sauce For Calamari

Howdy folks! :-)

 

I was wondering if anyone has a favorite dipping sauce recipe for fried

calamari?

 

I want something other than the typical Red Italian style tomato sauce

for it. I had this wonderful dipping sauce for fried calamari in Turkey,

but I didn't get the recipe and my Turkish connection is traipsing

around the US at the moment So.. I figured I'd ask the connoisseurs

here if anyone had any favorites
