Guest guest
I would probably read up on Co-enzyme Q10 (CQ10), vitamin E, Hawthorne Berries…and the benefits of eating lots of garlic, fish, carrots, green vegetables, beans, etc; and the merits of not eating fried greasy foods, sugars, sodas, or lots of meat. I am sure that there are extremely inexpensive reading materials available at the grocery store or neighborhood vitamin health food store. There was a real book written years ago by a Dr John McDougall MD, “The McDougall Program.” You might find some good suggestions there too.
