Guest guest
I want to describe to you a method or a technique that you can try out as it apparently reduces headaches, drowsiness, and sleepiness without the use of medication. I discovered this technique while I was having a terrible time of continuous headaches, which one of the doctors described to me as tension headaches, and was prescribed many antidepressant pills. The pills either did not work, or were not even tried because of their adverse side effects. The pain was so irritating and made me very unstable, to the extent that I would sometimes break out shouting at an innocuous hand movement. I was also feeling sleepy and dizzy most of the time. The technique is simple, and can be done at will, but I prefer doing it whenever I start feeling slightly sleepy. It only involves shutting my eyelids firmly for 2 to 5 seconds, depending on how sleepy or drowsy I am (notice that only the eyelids are involved, and nothing surrounding the eyelids). As I tried out this technique for some time, I found it easier to keep my mouth slightly open and relaxed while doing it. With almost no practice, this technique became a part of my subconscious mind, pretty much like eating, drinking, or breathing. The advantages I felt using this technique are incredible, for not only did it solve the worrying problem of sleepiness and drowsiness during the day, but it also effectively removed my so called tension headaches, and eliminated the need for pills. It seems that this technique discharges a build-up of stress, and the results may greatly boost your satisfaction and performance in life. I wish to hear your views on this technique.
