What are natural cures for high blood pressure

and can you take them if your taking a prescription. Im too scared to

say how high mine was. I went to the doc because i thought i had an

ear infection and headache. He said i had no infection and prescibed

me something for allergies, headache, and high blood pressure. I

almost guarantee noone on here has ever had one this high.

 

He thinks the bp is causing the headaches, im hoping its the water i

have behind my ear which he said i have.

Now you've got three prescriptions to mask symptoms of three

(count 'em) conditions that probably arose naturally and can be

reversed naturally. I know you're aware of it because you're

looking for natural cures, and you're right, it's diet and

lifestyle. Medication imposes a further load.

 

As I just posted to Belinda, emotional stress, toxin load,

malnutrition, electromagnetic interference, chronic infection or

bowel dysbiosis, increase stress homones and reduce immune

response; physical stress factors cause blood pressure elevation.

 

Allergies and headache are two symptoms of bowel dysbiosis, a bad

bacterial ecology in the gut, which generates bowel candidiasis,

a large amount of toxins 24/7 and leaky gut syndrome from the

direct irritation of the bowel and/or intestinal wall. Leaky gut

syndrome causes malabsoption of nutrient (malnutrition?) and it

always causes sensitivity reactions that most people call

allergic reponses (they aren't really allergies as such, more

like chemical sensitivities)

 

Dysbiosis, a chronic condition, is caused primarily by carbs in

the diet with inadequate vegetables, which contain inulin, which

is required to feed probiotic organsisms so they can maintain

order.

 

Although it is often kicked off with an antibiotic program, bad

diet perpetuates dysbiosis. It can be eliminated by reversing the

conditions that caused it.

Join the Hypertension. they can help. they helped me fix

my hi BP. what was your high reading? High BP can and does cause
