Guest guest
Duncan - I take non-denatured whey to build glutathione. I also see that they sell it (glutathione) as a supplement. Do you think it is wise also to take it as a supplement? I try to get what I need out of food, but you know how that goes. The vitamin E story is probably junk on its own, but not taking supplements as your body needs them, in balance, could conceivably increase BP. In other words it might not be the high- E but the imbalance. Why would you take E in large doses? Unless you're a heart patient where you'd be taking 1000-1200 IU daily, 400-800 is fine. Most people are deficient in glutathione; you use precursors and selenium to keep it up. Gluathione recycles other antioxidants so you don't need to high-dose Duncan > Posted by: " belinda " booksnbabies booksnbabies > Thu Sep 28, 2006 8:22 pm (PDT) > > I just read that majorly increasing Vit E can raise BP levels!
