Guest guest
So where do we start if we've never done this before? I've heard colonics are not good to do. But I have heard intestinal cleanses ARE good to do. So what do I do? What do I believe? Where do I start? I've found a Naturopathic doctor who lives out of state whom has suggested I do his intestinal cleanse 1 & 2. If that doesn't do the job, he's suggested a total body cleanse. But is that different than a colonic? Any help is greatly appreciated!
