PICTURE HERE Photo credit: MagneTurøy In addition to being a clinical homeopath, Atle Johan Løvaas http://atle.alternativkanalen.com/ is a trained physiotherapist who studied in Berlin (1973), educated in Traditional , (1992, Beijing) and he has had three years of acupuncture school by the Dutchman Dr. Riethofen in Norway. He is also educated in the German method of " Acupuncture Massage " which he studied (1974 - 1980) with Willy Penzel, and has been participating in many courses in various ‘alternative medicine' disciplines for years, as well as studying traditional modern acupuncture, ear acupuncture, and classical homeopathy. The case just decided in its second instance started back in 2002, when a joke - " if your doctor had found this bacterium, he would have put you in an isolation ward " - brought Atle Løvaas to the attention of the Norwegian 'health police'. Since then, Atle's records were carted off from his studio, his patients questioned one by one to find someone who would help the prosecution nail him, and he was arrested and then brought to court to face accusations that he had illegally healed people of serious illnesses. After Atle won the first round in court in March this year, the prosecutor appealed, apparently not satisfied that someone should be allowed to help people get well without being part of the medical fraternity. The appeal has now been decided and the case again ended in a win for health freedom. Of course Atle and his patients are overjoyed. Let's hope that this kind of medical inquisition will soon be a distant memory, like the persecution of women with a gift for healing - then called witches - by the Church of Rome in medieval times. Here is Atle's personal account of how the decision came about ... - - - Full victory in Court After another week in court, where the Norwegian Health Authorities tried for the second time to stop my, according to their opinion, criminal activity, I was totally freed on every point, today, Friday the 3rd of November. The verdict was unanimous, with full agreement from all of the seven judges... My criminal activity is that I am testing and diagnosing acupuncture points electronically, in accordance with the German Dr. Reinhold Voll's testing system, and by that finding out what viruses and bacteria my patients have in their bodies. And after that I am stimulating the immune system with my homeopathic water, to get the microbes out of the body. To the Allopathic Religion, this is pure blasphemy. I am not supposed to do this, especially since I'm no medical doctor, but only a trained physiotherapist and a clinical homeopath. The prosecutor said in the media today that he would consider another appeal to the absolutely highest court level of our court system. I bet he does, he's mad and furious. He's totally crazy. I am, according to a new law, allowed to stimulate the immune system. And what else is it that homeopathic treatment can do, than just this? Everybody knows, that homeopathic remedies don't contain any chemical substances, just pure water loaded with certain frequencies. And that's what I'm making, to give to my patients. My lawyer was brilliant in court, and his only line of defence was to claim that I don't do anything but stimulate the immune system. He also claimed that if this should not be accepted as true, then the prosecutor himself or the court would sit with the burden of evidence. He claimed that the prosecutor would have to prove that I do anything more. The question is how can he do that? How can he prove that I do anything more than stimulating the immune system? I also said in court that I have never cured any patient, but only have been stimulating my patients' immune system, and by that the body starts curing itself. I said this over and over again, until it got boring. This is also the truth. Does anybody heal any body? No, the body heals itself. We are only the bodies' helpers in that process. My witnesses were all fabulous, too. One after the other they appeared smiling and healthy in the court room, after years of suffering from chronic diseases that, untreated, would have led them slowly to the grave. We had about 20 witnesses on our list, but generously skipped five of them, due to the lack of time, and due to lack of interest from the side of the judges... They were actually fed up, listening to more of all those sunshine stories from my patients. Let us all pray and hope that the prosecutor will stop his ideas of appealing once more. Probably he will be stopped before it goes so far. At least he should be. This is a very important victory for all of my country's alternative therapists - to create a precedent for all the trials to come. I guess many will be stopped by the outcome of this trial. I feel a hush of wind turning in the air. I feel we have stopped the evil forces of Big Pharma, ruling the medical world with hidden hands, behind the curtains.
