Guest guest
I found that the low carb diet (I went on a specific diet not one that I devised myself with a counsellor advising me) actually was the deciding factor in sending my bloods into hypothyroid positive. I had been borderline for 5 years and shortly after this diet where my hair fell out by the handfull, I had another blood test to find that it was no longer borderline. Please be very careful on this low carb diet, organic and no white flour or sugar is good. I do believe that sometimes hypoT can be cured if there is still something there, sometimes it just becomes sluggish and needs a good kick. Luv Marianne I'm not sure, but I think part of this message is for me. The only thing (which is quite a lot actually) that I'm doing is changing my diet completely to low carb/no sugar/no white flower, extra protein, and eating as organic as possible. As far as stem cell research goes, I believe something in our DNA has mutated. You can't just " fix " a mutated gene, to my knowledge. This is where I believe stem cells will come into play. Just my opinion. No " protocol " has cured me. I " manage " . Guest guest
This Adrenal/Thyroid thing you're talking. Ever read the stuff on " Eat Right For Your Type " which means Blood type. Blood type O is particularly prone to low thyroid. You might want to google that or look at his book, see if his dietary ideas do you any good. ..
