Guest guest
I have a friend, Jolanda, and her sister (Lolita) was diagnosed with cancer (small cell carcinoma) in July. The tumors are in her lungs, brain, and some nodules (13 or 15) in her abdomen. She was put on an experimental treatment (chemo) that really worked for her on those tumors - and then last month at her MRI they found cancer spots on the outside of her skull, spine, and pelvis. The cells have not invaded the marrow of the bone. The docs decided to try another experimental treatment to halt progression. The docs told her that if this chemo workd she will take it for the rest of her life to keep the cancer in remission. So Lolita is having chemo three days this week in a row, tomorrow is the third treatment. Then the docs are waiting three weeks and doind another MRI. Lolita has been told that if the MRI shows progression or non-remission, then she should sit down with her family and talk about Hospice. Lolita is 45 years old. The doctors have said that if she smoked four packs of cigs a day for all 45 years she still could not have gotten this sick from this cancer. They suspect she was exposed repeatedly to asbestos or radon gas. At any rate, I told Jolanda about Doc and she is halfway believing me (finally) that nutrition is everything but not enough to give up the convential poisonous chemo. So Lolita is now vegetarian, eating raw food. I don't know about the supplements she may or may not take. I advised them to get Doc's tape and get the consultation. ??? Anyway, someone mentioned ozone therapy to Jo and she did research and called her sister in Vegas (we are in Louisiana) and told Lolita's dh how ozone works and they started it yesterday. For those of you who don't know, ozone therapy is Peroxide and water, ingested orally..(three drops peroxide:16 ounces water) three times a day. There is also an enema to help cleans and empty the colon. Some (okay many of the poll takers <smile> you know about polling!) have reported healing this way. In hopeless cases. There are also people, outside the US who report IV's of peroxide enhancing the healing properties of Ozone therapy. Now I don't want to say this isn't going to work. Because I am familiar with the damage that peroxide can do on the outside of the body. Lolita reported that her first "dose" of O.T. made her sicker than ANY of the chemo she has had, and she has been at that since July. The reports are that O.T. stops cell splitting of cancer cells. Thereby halting growth. I still don't think it would be my choice, but would like to hear the thoughts of others before I break down and scream that peroxide is poison. Thanks for your patience! Guest guest
Ozone therapy is a valid therapy. Norman Walker was one of the original researchers on this and even wrote a book about it. I've used it several times with patients with good success.
