Guest guest
Can I use an oven instead? And would it still be considered *raw* food if I did? I once read a raw foods book that mentioned something about turning on the oven to a low temperature for awhile, then turning it off and putting the food in it and leaving it to dehydrate.Because the temp would be so low you wouldn't be cooking the food. Guest guest
Hi guys, I am doing week 4 and 3 of the cleanse (started today), and optimally I should eat raw vegan food. However, some of the recipes I found which sound just yummy, require dehydration. Can I use an oven instead? And would it still be considered *raw* food if I did? Don't have a dehydrator and right now haven't the funds to buy one. Thanks love Lisa Outgoing mail is certified virus free.Checked by NAV anti-virus system (http://www.symantec.com)Version 9.05.15. Guest guest
OHHH Lisa I am glad you asked, I was reading and saw that the use of dehydrator was mentioned many times and I don't have one or can afford one right now either and wanted to know the answer too Hugs Deana Lisa de Haas wrote: > Hi guys, > > I am doing week 4 and 3 of the cleanse (started today), and optimally > I should eat /raw/ vegan food.
