Wow sorry for the late reply, lost of Drama going on over here.

first regarding the cost of Week 3 & 4 , i am not sure specifically

as we purchased all the herbs for our clenase together, and enough

for 2 and enough to have lots of extar stuff on hand for Formula #1

and for Total Nutrition. I can tell you that making the dry

formula's (including TN) is very affordable expecially if you want

to continue with some of them as we do and have the space and time

to make them up. We did not have time however to do the tinctures

and decided to purchase those pre-made.

With regards to the meat issue... I tried going meatless about 3

years ago, i made it 3 weeks when hubby and i determined that an all

meatless diet for me, was just not doable. I am able to go for long

periods of time without meat and do many meals that are vegitarian

or vegan. I would say try the test run before you do the cleanse,

just to get in the habit of it. My thinking is, once you are in the

throws of the cleanse, if you start having a healing crisis you may

feel like having " comfort foods " . If you had done a test run of

eating vegitarian and/or vegan, you may be less inclined to fall off

the wagon. Also, the key to staying true to the program is becoming

educated and pre-plan as many of your meals and shopping as possible

to avoid having to go out to shop.

Of course as Mary said Doc may have a whole other plan for you, but

this is what worked for me.

After our first cleanse, i resumed eating meat, but ALOT less than

before, and i make sure it is organic if i am going to eat it. Sadly

with all the stress we have had in our home the last week, hubby and

I fell " off the wagon " and will have to re-start the process again

next week.

what gradient to cut out foods at.

just be sure the grains are sprouted first. You can get Ezekial bread

from a health foods store. Ask Doc how much you could have . You can

order sprouted flours , for instance .You would want to consume a

minimum of cooked foods , even sprouted grains, but you could have

SOME .

You'll like it " . Doc's wife Valorie can tell you how to get it. Now

you do not need a dehydrator to make these things . You can dry in

your oven if you can get the temp low enough ( 100 degrees).

how I redry sprouted Almonds.

avocado , tomato and lettuce sandwiches on sprouted grain bread .

Somehow these satisfied my craving for meat which was a miracle at

the time because I had been eatting alot of meat and NEVER ate

fruits and vegetables prior to this . I found that it was not as

hard as I was thinking it would be , as long as I ate alot of raw

things. My cravings changed pretty rapidly.

> I know this may sound impossible to you at this point . It sure

did to me when I was at the stage you are at ( making a BIG change

in diet ). If you just dive right in and starting eating alot of raw

things you can speed the process alot.

> Hi Lane....In the files under Doc Ian Shillington are sample

schedules for each week of the body cleanse .There may be a shopping

list as well . These will give you some idea of what you will be

doing. The Liver Gall Bladder cleanse which is normally week three

is the most intense and you will be very busy taking things during

this week . You will be doing the Kidney Cleanse as your first

week . This is usually week four..

bet Sylvia has.
