Guest guest
Kathy, I find that a combination of cramp bark and mugwort works great for menstrual cramps. My daughter and I both, however did find that you need to find the correct amount. with both of us 2 droppers didn't do a thing, however if we both take a teaspoon of cramp bark at a time, cramps go away really fast. Mugwort can also help. Bonnie Rogers - kathrynr448 herbal remedies Friday, December 03, 2004 12:09 AM Re: Herbal Remedies - Hi-Lane Hi....I am new here.
