Kathy,

I find that a combination of cramp bark and mugwort works great for menstrual cramps. My daughter and I both, however did find that you need to find the correct amount. with both of us 2 droppers didn't do a thing, however if we both take a teaspoon of cramp bark at a time, cramps go away really fast. Mugwort can also help.
