Guest guest
Hi Glenda, First thing that comes to mind for your injuries is hot/cold therapy. You can either do this in the shower, or localized with hot/cold packs. Amazing how this works! Not sure about your stomach: that would depend on what you ate, what your body's condition is like etc. Perhaps you can give more info? love Lisa - Glenda herbal remedies Sunday, December 05, 2004 5:26 AM Herbal Remedies - Pain relief and also stomach bloating I fell head first down my wooden stairs five weeks ago. I had it xrayed and have contusions to my neck and back. Chiropractic has helped a lot; but I still have pain. I have taken Willow bark capsules for it and used lavender oil and peppermint oil on the spots. Any more ideas. Last night I noticed when I had eaten a late supper that my stomach was bloated. Any ideas what causes this? In Him, Glenda
Guest guest
Not specifically herbal, but I would recommend taking a dose of homeopathic Arnica 200C. It'll dramatically help the contusions and bruising. Guest guest
I had that night a waffle and also a couple of whole wheat toast plus fruit. It was a late supper so not sure if this has anything to do with it.--Glenda herbal remedies , " Lisa de Haas " <lisadehaas@t...> wrote: > Hi Glenda, > > First thing that comes to mind for your injuries is hot/cold therapy. Guest guest
Yes it is better now. Last night though I ate late but onlt ate fruit. I think maybe eating too much may cause the problem. Guest guest
Perhaps, or perhaps (and more likely) you're eating the wrong kinds of food. Do you have Doc's tape? Listened to it? If not, I would strongly suggest getting it and listening to it. Quite an eye opener :-) love Lisa - Glenda herbal remedies Monday, December 06, 2004 6:00 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Pain relief and also stomach bloating Yes it is better now. Guest guest
I would tend to agree with Lisa. The foods you mention eating when your stomach got bloated contain enzyme inhibitors which would have made them very difficult to digest, as opposed to the fruit the next night which is exceptionally easy to digest (assuming that it's fresh, not canned). :)Kelli Lisa de Haas [lisadehaas] Monday, December 06, 2004 12:34 PMherbal remedies Subject: Re: Herbal Remedies - Pain relief and also stomach bloating Perhaps, or perhaps (and more likely) you're eating the wrong kinds of food.
