how many eggs? how long can this keep? should this be made daily, or can a larger amount be made? should this be taken every day?

Hi Diana,

 

I put two eggs in the bottom of a wide-mouth glass jar, and then top up with freshly squeezed organic lemon juice to about 1 inch above the eggs. I found it keeps about 2 weeks in the fridge, so just long enough for the quantity I make :-)

 

Yes, regular dosage is 2 tbs per day I believe.
