Hi guys,

Question here...

When I soak almonds and then try to dry them in my dehydrator or just by

letting them sit out by a sunny window, they always end up getting these

dark brown spots on them. I don't know if this means they are rotten...

does anybody know about this?

Thanks!

Lane

Hi Lane,

You can check the almonds themselves - if the spots are soft, then I've thrown them out. But just a discolouration I have used them anyway, and they've tasted fine with no problems. You can't normally mistake the rotten ones - they're very defined LOL

Blessed be
