Doc has some great data on breast cancer and breast

protection. I’ve only had one mammogram in my life – years ago,

and I don’t see a need to ever do it again, because I know how to keep my

breasts healthy. J J

Regarding eating flesh, read that book I told you about.

cancer/meat, vegetable article

I still believe that

eating flesh is bad, and that eating veggies and fruit is best..I don't see how

this " study " didn't prove better. I suppose it just takes so long to

see the benefit of fresh raw fruits and veggies..maybe they didn't try just raw

foods!!!?

I have, as of late,

been thinking about the future..the mammogram thing...anyone done

it?..regularly? The way I see it is this: isn't it a bad thing to crush my

breast tissue in a machine? I have spent 20+ years protecting *the girls* from

damage...and we know that bumping, bruising and crushing is bad...so does the

mammogram do more harm or good?

I am 37, and I just

want not to have to do it?

And what is the

general consensus on PAPs?
