Guest guest
! suffer from beta blocker induced asthma, triggered by pollutants, cold, house dust - you name it. I don't have any medication for it but I stumbled on a breathing technique that relieves attacks. It's very simple: it's a technique recommended of old for better health. You simply breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Purse your lips gently on the outbreath and you will be able to exhale fully, thus allowing you to take a full breath in on the next inhalation. Keep this up for as long as the attack lasts - it could save your life.
