Guest guest
I have recently read in 'Take Control Of Your Health & Escape The Sickness Industry' by Elaine Hollingsworth that Flaxseeds/oil is not a healthy choice as claimed. Like soy, flax is also highly oestrogenic. I have been taking flaxseed oil every day religiously for about 8yrs, I now wonder if this has been a contributor to ovarian cysts and a large uterine fibroid. Out it goes with all the soy products!! Guest guest
Chainey, I have read the same. I think you can use the freshly ground flax seed though. I don't use flax oil. You may want to do some research on iodine. Iodine is needed if you have cysts. When researching flaxseed and flaxseed oil, the only warning I have found is for pregnant women. Om Peace! Yogini Valarie Devi
