how fast does juice oxidize

My understanding is that tropical juices are accustomed to warmer temps so they

are less likely to oxidize. Vegetable juices are the quickest to oxidize.

Any fresh juice will begin to oxidize wthin 10 to 15 mins after extraction.

unless a preservitive is used, there is no way to stop oxidation.
