Guest guest
Can you post a bit more information, panic and anxiety are rather broad terms. How do each of these affect you and your life? Guest guest
DM, It is in your daughter's interest, if she has not already done so, to include Folic Acid along with the B12. Additionally, depending on her constitution she may benefit from Acetyl L-Carnitine and Alpha Lipoic Acid (such as in the product Juvenon). Guest guest
Much anxiety, even panic attacks is caused by low glucose or hypoglycemia, particularly in women. In 1981, I wrote an article in the Behaviorist that showed clearly that many adult onset phobias are caused by a hypoglycemic " dip " that occurs about 3-4 hours after ingesting a meal loaded with sugar and processed carbs that go into glucose fast. Can anyone let me know Thanks Maree You could fill a small bottle with sea salts and add your essential oil or blend, or you could purchase an inhaler blank (like the " vicks " inhaler) or one of the fancy " deluxe personal inhalers " .. http://www.naturesgift.com/oilbottles.htm#Deluxe-Aromatherapy-Inhaler Our choice, based on my personal experience, is a blend of mostly Neroli and vetiver. Neroli is the specific for anxiety, and Vetiver is so grounding.
