Guest guest
Very easy. You can do a cold brew method- which eliminates 67% of the acid in coffee. I started it a couple months ago and now can hardly tolerate " regular brewed coffee " because it tastes so bitter to me now. At my health food store- there is a low acid organic coffee but this works with ANY coffee. In a glass container - put 1/3 cup coffee to one cup of water. I usually at least triple the recipe. Let sit covered 12 hours. Strain ( I use a coffee filter)and use 1/3 cup of the extract in the bottom of a cup and add hot water to fill the cup depending on how strong you like it. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. , Angls4Hope wrote: > > > In a message dated 11/15/2009 6:10:58 P.M.
