Guest guest
Eliminate dairy products, candies and grains. Emphasize fruit and vegetable juices just made at home, and vegetable broths. I've done a chest rub and vaporizer for her, but that doesn't seem to be working. Are there any natural medicines out there that I could try? Are there other remedies that help? We all need some sleep soon. Thanks! Paula

Guest guest
For a 3 year old, the best thing is large amounts of vitamin C, preferably the Ascorbic Acid, the cheapest form. It has NONE of any drugs dangerous side effects if overdosed. The only thing is that she will get diarrhea when she has enough to kill all the virus bugs in her blood. I'd start with 4-5000 mg per hour, then when diarrhea starts, cut back to 2000 mg every two hour for 4 more doses. Don't ask your doctor about this, as MD's have been brainwashed by Big Pharma. The only " failure " of this therapy is using too little, and not reaching " bowel tolerance " shown by diarrhea. -- Phil Bate PhD http://drbate.com - Free Alternate Health Advice Neuroliminal Training (NT) solves allergy stress causing mental problems ADD to Autism, Insomnia to depression & more Without dangerous/addictive drugs

Just want to say that I've used Vicks Vapor Rub all my life but first saw this tip here (putting it on the feet and put on socks) in this group a while back; had never heard of this or put it on bottom of feet. I was so amazed when it worked so well! I'd been coughing the night before in bed and tried this the next night; kept using it after that night too, really helped. I share the tip with others now.
