CORRECTION: NYS Stop Vaccination w/o Parental Consent

The prior notice sent out was a misreading of one of the bills--While S 4779B

does include mention of vaccination as a treatment. The bill really deals with

treatment in the case of a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) and the need to

bypass parental consent where a sexually active child requests NOT to notify a

parent, this is understandable.

Therefore S 4779B/ A 5702 is not a mandatory vaccination bill. It would be

better if the words vaccination were removed from that bill, because of

the negative association of that treatment, otherwise it appears ok.

The other bill A 0778 is a mandatory vaccination bill for the Controversial HPV

vaccine that we know has very serious side effects and should be

OPPODED.

 

1.To Permit ALL Present and Future Vaccines and Drugs for Sexually

TransmittedDiseases to be Given to New York Children WITHOUT Parental

Consent

Ask that Vaccines be removed from the bills and it would be supportable.
