Whats the tincture for if you don't mind me asking? I only ask because licorice

root is a laxative so I could see that in pregnancy that would be a bad idea due

to needing to keep minerals etc in your system more.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!! Lay in stocks of coco butter or if you can't

get it below is my recipe for skin moisturiser , just melt together in a double

boiler and bottle in a sterilised jar .

1 cup sweet almond oil

1 cup olive oil

two large chunks of shea butter {about gobstopper sized}

a cup and 1/2 of beeswax

Melt together till liquid , take off the heat and add 10 drops lavender oil, 15

drops rose oil and 10 drops sandalwood.

Smear a little over your tummy after a bath.

Lots of hugs and love

I've been using a tincture that I love and I just found out that I am

pregnant but I am finding conflicting info about what is safe and what isn't.

Most lists say that everything in my tincture is safe but one list listed

licorice root and wild yam as a no-no. Can anyone confirm this?

My tincture has:

lemon balm

sassafras

sarsparilla root

cinnamon root

yellow dock

licorice root

dandelion root

wild yam
