I am a healer with crystals, bravo loved the email. There are many that will

help depression, of course Rose quartz, the love stone, and the smoky quartz and

citrine for that expel negativity, but one that not only helps with depressions

but helps organize your thoughts and improves focus and concentration is

Sodalite, it also is known for giving burst of energy plus helps certain forms

of mental illness. In my experience it is a great stone and helpful for MS as

well and the though process when a person suffers from Fibro. Just thought i

would add these things. You can also make crystal essence, a crystal charged

healing water, i know because i make it all the time even our animals fight over

the crystal waters. it heals from the inside out. anyone wishing the

instructions let me know, as always i am glad to share what i know.
