yes i have felt that way in my life like when my son died. but i keep focused

on the good energy life gives, for there are many joys to focus on.

 

In my chronic illness and severe physical pain i do not keep my eyes on the

pain, or what i cannot do, i keep my eyes on what i can do and the joys i feel

that are all around me.
