Rupert, As observed, you likely provided an answer in your description of slacking off on the protocol and stress. I don't know how much oleander you are taking, but I will make the observation that the amount can often make all the difference. Besides prior mainstream treatment, a common thread that has surfaced in the small number of people who have not had success is that they are not taking enough oleander (sometimes as little as a teaspoon a day), taking it intermittently, and not doing nearly as many healthy things as they should be. That distresses me to no end! Half measures may buy some time, but they may very well not win the battle that otherwise might be won. Not pointing fingers at you, as I know that overall you have done well - but I am convinced that there are some people who are not having success simply because they are not doing what it takes to have success. To me, it is not a half-measure thing and one should go all in if they want to win. Hopefully you will get back on track, perhaps up your dose a bit, and have some more good reports for us soon. I have been in the habit of happily reporting a reduction of PSA for many months, but this afternoon I learnt that my PSA has risen in 2.5 months from 6.3 to 9.8. I am not surprised that it rose a bit, but I am surprised by the rate. I will account for it by saying that I have been travelling a lot and had a sressful time and have been careless in following my diet protocol. I also just recovered from some slight illness (a cold and bronchitis)which may have influenced things. Anyhow I must now brace up and fortify my protocol. Once we start on this 'alternative' treatment route it seems it is dangerous to relax it.> > Rupert> Hello Thank you for your advice. I am hopeful that by reviewing my protocol and tightening up where I had been a bit too good at overcoming my will power when temptation arose I will get the PSA down again in a short time. The circumstances which caused my deviations have passed. I have switched now from 4 capsules of Sutherlandia OPC daily to 4 of Rose Laurel OPC which effectively increses the dosage of oleander by 30% I believe. I am thinking of adding another to make it 5 per day. I noticed incidentally that while the PSA dropped so did my weight and I lost 11kg. Now I have gained a couple of kg with less control of diet. It is however a harsh winter here which boosts appetite. I shall report again in a month or so on next PSA results. Kind regards..................Rupert
