Guest guest
Phil - Unless you are dealing with actual cancer in the kidney, I suppose that detox could be at least a partial cause, since the kidneys are next behind the liver in the elimination of toxins. Are you taking measures to cleanse and protect your liver and keep the bile duct open and flowing? An impaired liver would tend to put more pressure on other toxin outlets such as the kidneys and skin. It may be that you just need to better flush out your kidneys and perhaps give them a bit of special attention. Are you making sure that you drink plenty of water? That might help keep your kidneys flushed. Also, you might try cranberry juice (the real stuff, not sweetened cranberry juice cocktail) and if you can find them, plenty of watermelon. Other foods and herbs that are good for flushing the kidneys and kidney health include: parsley, celery, dandelion root, hydrangea, uva ursi, marshmellow root, juniper berries, red clover, goldenrod tea (if not suffering from allergies), comfrey, horsetail and gravel root. All the best, oleander soup , "philb2364" <philb2364 wrote:>> Hello,> I find ( 2 x ) when I up the dose of rose laurel opc, up to 6 pills a day, I start to experience kidney pain. Is this part of the detox process ????>
