Sorries But methinks you might take these pages wih a grain of salt. Some of her

tips are so way off the mark as to be downright dangerous.

Oatmeal is fine, if you can get it. Sure there is oatmeal around but what there

is is highly processed and steamed, even at your health food store. Buckwheat,

millet, quinoa, even barley are much better choices.

I would not touch tofu with a 40 foot vacinated crowbar, lol. Natto, tempeh,

certain soys are FERMENTED. Tofu, as we see it in the States, is not fermented.

It is processed which is an entirely other thing. It has high levels of estrogen

and even chemicals which are not so hot for the body. Think back to how you

were sold railroad oil as a food ... canola oil.

Apples are lovely but the skins, which she advises you to eat, are amongst the

part of the food with the highest pesticide residue. Even organic apples ought

to be washed thoroughly before eating.

And so on and so forth, oh yes, and the granola bars can give you heart blockage

all by themselves. They are all very full of a variety of chemical and natural

sugars way to high for the size of the bar or handful.

Just my opinion, mind you.

Cheers,
