Guest guest
Hi, I believe I have a sacro-illiac problem which is causing arthritis-likepain throughout my body. Hip pain, shoulders, wrists, etc. I have been seeing a rheumatologist for about ayear now and he has me on prednisone. From the beginning Icomplained of lower back pain and cracking and grinding very low. Xraysof my lumbar region showed nothing so my primary referred me to therheumatologist thinking it was arthritis. Now he thinks I may have aproblem in the sacro-illiac area so he sent me for more xrays. I haven’tgotten the results back but I wanted to ask if anyone knows what type of Dr.I should see for this and if an MRI would be better than simple xrays. Iam in a lot of pain and have been since the fall of 2005. Doesn’t it seemstrange that they took so long to think of this? I had no idea that apinched nerve could cause this much pain in all of my joints. Guest guest
Go to a natureopath doctor who does cold laser and Biocleanse (ionic foot cleanses plus natural medications for co-factor infections. Make sure he/she is a good one. Check out pycnogenol and high powered enzymes taken on an empty stomach during the night. Sounds like you have a disease that is a silent epidemic in this country. Have the doctor check you for Lyme Disease. I have it and I have the same symptoms. I got better within 4 months due to the above. Others may have LD for years and years. Take care of it NOW if you have it. marji <CoyoteMoon wrote: Hi, I believe I have a sacro-illiac problem which is causing arthritis-likepain throughout my body. Guest guest
I have had several operations on my back and a MRI scan is the best, saying that even when the surgeon opened up the back he found extra problems and worse than what he thought. back pain can be extremely painful. My first surgeon was a neuro surgeon but the last couple i have gone with a orthp. one. Guest guest
www.acufinder.com i have " anklosing spondilitis " (or so they say) but the best thing i do is qigong. acupuncture is the best treatment, using mainly " general tonification " points. (AS is a form of rheumatoid arthritis in western medicine.) - " marji " <CoyoteMoon Wednesday, November 15, 2006 12:19 PM back & joint pain Hi, I believe I have a sacro-illiac problem which is causing arthritis-likepain throughout my body.
