Is it possible to get direct information regarding availability and price, for

" transdermal magnesium? " I listened to the interview, but it was interrupted

mid-stream, and I couldin't get the remainder of the interview to play out for

me.

Transdermal magensium can be very inexpensive; all you have to do is

add epsom salts to your bath water.

" ...add epsom salts to your bath water, " following which, I lie in the water for

an extended period (approx.how long)? Sorry to bother you with the details.

Is there another, sllightly more convenient, and expensive, method of obtaining

" transdermal magnesium? "

And, by the way, do you have any thoughts about Magnesium administered in this

way?

Many thanks.

People just lie in the bath for a regular time to get the calming

effect of magnesium in the bath water; I mean, nobody said it was an

extended time.

Sorry I can't be more helpful but I don't know any more about

transdermal magnesium; most people just take it orally. Mag citrate

is good; orotate is better.

Hi John,

I found this information on another Site:

Magnesium that is delivered transdermally (through the skin) bypasses

the digestive tract and thus usually eliminates all assimilation and

absorption issues. (e.g. diarrhea)

Epsom salts are magnesium but the least absorbed form.

To understand more about this check the website of

the company (Global Light Network) that carries the following

magnesium formulations.

This is the main page of Global Light Network:

<http://www.globallight.net/>

The magnesium formulation most useful here are:

Magnesium oil

<http://www.globallight.net/Magnesium-Oil-8-Oz.html>

Magnesium flakes

<http://www.globallight.net/Magnesium-Bath-Flakes-30-Oz.html>

Magnesium gel

<http://www.globallight.net/Magnesium-Gel-8-Oz.html>

Hello: From what I understand *Magnesium is absorbed transdermally as

well as orally. You can sit in the Bath for as little as five minutes.

" Epsom's Salts are very inexpensive; just use 1 tablespoon per bath.

You can also add 1 teaspoon to a foot-bath and soak feet for 10 mins.

Actually in the article I read of a study using Magneisum abosroption

through the skin (trans-dermal) states:

*Magnesium is absorbed better through the skin than orally!

(I have the article i my files and I will forward a.s.a.p.

Trivia: Epsom's is the name of a well in England w/ high Magnesium. ---
