Guest guest
Moderator's Note- Please ask where is best to research for information about blood pressure and supplements. We as a group do not recommend, treat or any other action that is reserved for a medical doctor. And as a side note- there is more available than just taking pills, consider researching yoga, the therapeutic value of the water cure by F. Batmanghelidj, MD., prayer/meditation/peaceful though, etc. Moderator. ------------------------------ BlankOne of my clients called recently and said that, after 1 year of taking high blood pressure and cholesterol lowering drugs, she has developed a severe reaction to the drugs and intense inflammation. I told her about the anti-inflammatory supplements and diet. She will need something to lower her blood pressure that is NOT a drug. Any suggestions? I know that taking L-Taurine helped while she was on the drugs. Selling her business now will release some of the stress but she needs supplements that will help with her blood pressure now....Lynn Koiner

Guest guest
On the candidiasis group several people have reduced high blood pressure by attending to the toxin load and malnutrition or malabsorption that is very common in people with bowel disorders, and I guess only a bit less common in people without these disorders. Hope this helps.
