Yes, I have. I take Stinging Nettle, Skullcap and Fenu-Thyme. Elderberry may

help also. To help with the histamine release, I take on occasion Quercitin

and CoQ10. I have been off my allergy medicine for nearly a year after

taking it for nearly 20 years.

I am also currently doing a liver cleanse.

I have read about herbs that can be used to naturally control

allergies... Has anyone USED any with success, personally.

If so, which?

What worked for me was correcting my bowel ecology with inulin (a

kind of indigestible starch), and reducing carbs, following the group

candidiasis, a large group that applies (and references) scientific

principles.

Manna-C™

Nasal and Sinus Health Formula

Mannatech's Manna-C™ herbal dietary supplement is designed to support

your nasal and sinus health by nutritionally supporting your body's

natural ability to regulate histamine—the cause of much nasal and

sinus discomfort.*

This special formulation delivers an herbal blend that includes lemon

verbena, sage, peppermint and other herbs containing additional

phytonutrients. Manna-C™ also contains natural forms of vitamin C

from Australian bush plum and acerola, wild fruits that are considered

two of nature's richest sources of this vitamin.

The Ambrotose® complex in Manna-C™ combines saccharides needed for

optimal health with an herbal blend that yields natural sources of

vitamin C. It also furnishes additional nutrients used to support mast

cell function.*
