This may be a silly question, but I decided to try the apple cider

vinegar and raw honey mixed with water daily suggestion. I tried it hot

but couldn't keep it down. I was able to keep it down with cold water

but (and this is where the silly question part comes in) the honey

really did not dissolve in cold water. Even stirring it a lot did not

help. Is there a trick to dissolving raw honey in cold water? I tried

the vinegar with water and no honey but that was awful tasting!

You could dilute the honey in a bit of hot water prior to using it in your

cold vinegar solution.

Are you using BRACV? If you are not using raw, unprocessed vinegar with the

mother in it you won't be doing yourself any good.

I've been on the Braggs for about 4 months and I can honestly say that it

has helped with the arthritis I suffer in my hands and shoulder. I'm not

completely pain free, but I am able to do things I wasn't able to do prior

to the Braggs. Like write, drive distances, walk for a few hours. I

actually look forward to drinking it and miss it when I don't.

Good luck to you!
