Pain relief is just one of many benefits I have noticed, and I agree it

still tastes pretty nasty. I use Pure maple syrup instead of honey in mine.

You can also use Liquid Stevia or fruit juices. Apple juice works nicely.

Just today someone mentioned grapejuice- can't wait to try that one.
