Question about Seredyn

Hello, has anyone taken Seredyn and how did it work for you?

 

I feel like my " nerves are shot " and Kava Kava makes me so sleepy. I

have been researching natural " calming products " and stumbled across a

website for Seredyn. I am very careful about taking something I've

never tried before. Have you had any luck with any other kind of

product? I have also used Depeze by Freelife in the past with good

results, it contains St. John's Wort among other things. The problem

isn't really depression --- more anxiety and nervous tension I'd say.

You need to eliminate as much stress from you life, do not use any

stimulants (i.e., sugars, coffee), add only unrefined celtic sea salt to

your diet, go to bed before 10 pm every night, and have yoru adrenal

function tested (preferably by 4x/day saliva cortisol testing).

 

You are describing EXACTLY how I felt (including the same herbs I used) just

a few years before I crashed big time with CFS, and now have been taking

hydrocortisone to give my body the cortisol that it is no longer able to

produce. I am healing, but it is a long, hard road.
