Guest guest
I am wondering if it would be wise of me to try a garlic enema. A UK TV program dealing with a detox clinic showed the use of the garlic enema at the end of a week's no solids diet with coffee enemas. Is it risky to try a garlic enema without such a programme? What is your experience of the risks of taking a garlic enema as a first enema? I do take a lot of garlic as part of my food but the claim for a garlic enema is that it will clear out parasites, which most people have so it can not hurt to get rid of them.
