Guest guest
Has anyone read his books and what is your view on what he has to say about curing various aliments and diseases? Thank you
Guest guest
I thought the book was a lot of rant and no cures (I've read his " cures they won't tell you about " ). He rambles on and on how bad the big pharma and all the corporations are etc, how screwed up the FDA and the rest of the governmental agencies are and does a lot of promoting of his own website. It was more political in my opinion than anything. If you are interested in that kind of stuff than sure. I think it's an OK book for someone who is completely clueless about everything what's going on in the health industry, but not for someone who wants to learn about improving your health. Guest guest
Trudeau seems to spend more time on the subject of how not to cure various ailments and diseases. , " Ann " <awilk2001 wrote: > > Has anyone read his books and what is your view on what he has to > say about curing various aliments and diseases? > Thank you >
Guest guest
I have not read KT's books. I have looked at them. It does not look as if the information is bad. It can be found in other books. I do question his background. I will not question his marketing ability. He can sell a ton of books since he is a so called expert in each field he has books. I think you would be well to look at other books. I personally like Dr. Vasant Lad if you are into Ayurveda. Guest guest
Hope I don't offend anyone here. I bought his book and read some of it, so I'm not the best to give you a total review. What I noticed is that the author took just about everything I've ever read about in terms of alternative healing modalities and just threw them all into one book and said here's the cure for everything. It would take a fortune and a tremendous amount of time in my humble opinion to follow all that he recommends. Plus I got kind of tired of his soap box stands on traditional medicine. While I agree, his frequent rants seemed to detract from his recommendations rather than add to them. I wish I had thought to do this (LOL)...put everything I've read about alternative healing into one book and sell it. Maybe I'd have my own infomercial. Please excuse me if I've offended anyone. That is not my intention. Lisa Ann <awilk2001 wrote: Has anyone read his books and what is your view on what he has to say about curing various aliments and diseases? Guest guest
I've ordered my own copy of this book as it seems to have some answer to concerns in my family. However I did hear from a friend that read his book and she is totally against what he had to say about alternative methods, of course she has always believed that conventional medicine is the way to go. I'll have to read the book for myself and decide. Jack Ann <awilk2001 wrote: Has anyone read his books and what is your view on what he has to say about curing various aliments and diseases? Guest guest
He is a con man. His books have very little info in them and what little there is can be found in other places. He has no medical background of any kind (and I can't beleive that he learned alot while he spent 2 years in prison). His stuff is mostly rehashed dianetics L. Ron Hubbard. You can dianetics book fairly cheap since its an old concept from the 50s. I don't know if he a scientologist or just agrees with them, but some of their beliefs can be dangerous to people with certain ailments. Thats my 2 cents anyway. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Trudeau http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/0826051trudeau7.html , " Ann " <awilk2001 wrote: > > Has anyone read his books and what is your view on what he has to > say about curing various aliments and diseases? > Thank you >

He has helped to reveal the truth that underlies the lies we are fed. I'm an observer, a thinker, and someone who works in the conventional health care industry. His books provide hope and an avenue to take control of your life.
Guest guest
I agree with most things being said about KT. My mom bought the first book off an infomercial and when I went to see her I read it. I found it to be more a teaser and if you wanted the " answers " on how to cure you then had to go to his web site and join his newsletter club to the tune of $495 for a lifetime membership. That seemed more of a scam than someone that truly wanted to help people. The only thing it did do, though, is get my mother on the right track with regard to her prescription medications. She is now on a natural path and is doing so much better. So I'll give KT that!! Now I saw the infomercial about his second book and he's said the FDA can no longer sue him if he reveals the " secrets " . So he can now tell them in his second book. Well, you can fool some of the people some of the time so instead of giving him any of my money to find out for myself, I borrowed the book from the library. I was number 556 on a waiting list and waited for months for my turn. Well I picked it up yesterday and will quickly read it this weekend. I'll report if there are truly any cures in the second book. Guest guest
He has some good suggestions, some off-the-wall suggestions. I will say this, his books were the beginning of my search for alternative medicine and a more natural environment. For that, I am grateful! , " Ann " <awilk2001 wrote: > > Has anyone read his books and what is your view on what he has to > say about curing various aliments and diseases? > Thank you >
Guest guest
Trudeau was prosecuted by the FDA for unsubstantiated claims in marketing *herbal cures* so he changed tactics and began marketing books... if you do a google search you can find the long torrid story. It is my opinion and mine alone that Trudeau is more interested in money than people. Hazel
Guest guest
I agree. It was just a teaser, and then you could actually get answers for $500 more dollars? I found out a lot more just by surfing around the internet. Lots of smart doctors out there like Dr. Null, or Haas. I'd like to know if he actually comes out with any information in book 2 Jennifer Lennon <jenpopp wrote: I agree with most things being said about KT.
