Guest guest
How can I heal a detached hip? The first doctor I went to said I have avascular necrosis but a second opinion says it's a detached hip. I'm forty two and a fake hip is not an option! If anyone has any methods of healing bone it would be gratefully appreciated, thanks! Dave
Guest guest
Vitamins ABCDE + Zn + Comfrey 12x (homeopathic - knitbone) IF you can get it - if not make your own - + carrageen is also meant to be good - and Arnica 30C (homeopathic) and a good physio who can teach you to optimize the associated muscles' strength to help reduce the stress. This is what I would do if it was my hip. And some pranayama. Oh and some Magnesium supplementation - a good quality product PLUS Scheussler's Celt Salts Calc Phos and Calc Fluor.
