cant sleep? Try a walnut shake before bed

If you cant sleep, take about ten walnuts and enjoy them right before bed (

brush teeth after). You can even put them in some skimmed milk. You just

want half a cup total ( not more, or you will be awake all night digesting).

These two substances release melatonin and tryptophan. You may also try the

isolated supplement tryptophan, right before bed. Sometimes it works when

melatonin does not. Best, Lisa
