Guest guest
Hello, What is " rss " ? What exactly are you trying to achieve here? No, the archives are for members only and will remain that way. But as you are a member, this should not be a problem? love Lisa herbal remedies , " Luna " <lady_brighid@h...> wrote: > > > to make RSS available and in turn make this group available on MY > , the archives need to be changed to public. Guest guest
RSS is " Really Simple Syndication " and most of the major web portals are beginning to integrate it. It takes a reader to view RSS sites, but the flow of information is greatly improved. herbal remedies , " Lisa de Haas " <lisa@l...> wrote: > > Hello, > > What is " rss " ? > What exactly are you trying to achieve here? > No, the archives are for members only and will remain that way. > But as you are a member, this should not be a problem? > > love > Lisa > > herbal remedies , " Luna " <lady_brighid@h...> > wrote: > > > > > > to make RSS available and in turn make this group available on MY > > , the archives need to be changed to public. Guest guest
ZenGirl, Because this is a free site and anyone can become a member it makes no sense to go through the expense of doing what it would take to convert to RSS. Not to mention we want people who are interested in this to come seeking the knowledge and use other avenues with which to make the unaware more aware. This group is for the people who already understand the need for change. There is no $$ made from this site rather out of kindness and a desire for others to do better this site has been put here. Anyone needig to have information within this site can log in and join and have 100% unhindered acces to it. Wow, been a while since I posted and I apologize if long winded. Guest guest
I'm not interested in the RSS site. Someone else asked about it and someone asked what " rss " is ... so I told them what it is. herbal remedies , " zeblet01 " <office@a...> wrote: > > ZenGirl, > > Because this is a free site and anyone can become a member it makes > no sense to go through the expense of doing what it would take to > convert to RSS. Guest guest
No, sorry, it isn't. Lisa - tempo33x herbal remedies Wednesday, February 16, 2005 10:53 PM Herbal Remedies - Re: rss Is RSS available on this forum?
Guest guest
Not if the forum is to stay private. See Luna's message about rss - she indicates that in order for this forum to be available in RSS under " My " that the forum needs to be changed to a public forum. Personally, I see no reason to change the format and would rather that the forum stay private-for registered members only. herbal remedies , " tempo33x " <tempo33x> wrote: > > > Is RSS available on this forum? > > > > -- In herbal remedies , " zeblet01 " <office@a...> > wrote: > > > > ZenGirl, > > > > Because this is a free site and anyone can become a member it > makes > > no sense to go through the expense of doing what it would take to > > convert to RSS.
