Lilly,

 

Is this happening during the summer months too?

 

I find that during the winter months, as soon as the sun goes down I want to go

down too. A boost of caffeine around 3 in the afternoon helps me to stay awake

through dinner. Another thing I find helpful for this is to put all the lights

on and some lively music.
