Guest guest
Hello, I'm new here. I was wondering if anyone might have any knowledge of ADD and how one might go about a natural way of easeing it's symptoms. I've Got chronic anxiety, and they lead to an occasional panic attack, but also I've recently been diagnosed with add, and the medications.....well they are killing me, not literally, but in the sense of discomforts, and just a loss of identity.? any help?.....please..
