Guest guest
Hi does anyone know of something I can take to improve my hair. I have had a dandruff like dermatitis of the scalp for years and always used to have thick hair till somewhere about menopause. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. However, I'm the only one in the family with this problem. Neither of my sisters have it. The scaly deposits seem to be like skin flakes that accumulate very fast. My fingernails and hair also grow very fast. But the hair is very thin. My fingernails are also thin and fragile. I suffer from some of the scaliness also on my forehead and what looks like a small patch of psoriasis there as well.. also numerous small warts. This seems to calm down when I wipe H202 3% on it. I also get a lot of skin tags. I have fibromyalgia, underactive thyroid, diabetes type 2. I grow a few of my own herbs and take supplements like Magnesium, Calcium Ascorbate, CoQ10, L-Carnitine, MSM, Milk Thistle, Niacin, Vitamin E, B complex, Selenium, Zinc and potassium. Also I was told to take Inositol and Biotin for the hair loss but it didn't seem to make a difference. Anyone here have the same problems and know the answer? Thanks, Jen
