I haven't checked all the posts - but look at Doc's site or the

forum files and find Doc's full program for cleansing complete with

recipes.

thank you for your advice, this is very helpful and a little more about me:

31 years old, I quit smoking 2 weeks ago, eat pretty healthy but crave

sugar sugar sugar. I workout a few times a week. We eat almost all

organic food, I love veggies and rice. I drink one pop a week, one coffee

a day, and the rest is water.

With the holidays and everything I feel like the sugar craving is 10 times

what it used to be. I want it out of my life. Also we would like to have a

baby and need to change things up a little. I love advice very new to the

site so I don't even know how to use oils or herbs yet. All advice is great.

Wow, you are living a healthier lifestyle than 99% of the

people!

Were you craving sugar before you got off the cigarettes?

Congratulations on that by the way, it's a big one.

A friend of mine knew a guy who had quit both heroin and

nicotine. Nicotine was harder.

EFT might help with the cravings, have you heard of it?

One of the passions of my life, literally free at your fingertips.

Is it OK if I write you off list? I have some herbal samples

that help me with carb cravings, but it isn't Thursday.

So I'll be mum.

Again sorry for the late respond. I cannot help you

with the " sugar jones " because I never crave sugar not

a soda or coffee drinker. But I do know that your soda

pop's and that coffee has caffine if Iam not mistaken

are simulus. Also, Ieneke to your comment about your

friend having a hard time quiting cigs than herion.

Reason being is cigs are like cocaine, its

psycological where, herion is phsilogocal. Never claim

to be a good speller.

Just for the record, it was a friend of a

friend, NOT anyone I knew. While I hung

out with plenty of soft drug users, no one

in my acquaintance used hard stuff.
