Guest guest
Peace to everyone, to start off.. i went to see an herbalist and she recommended that i take these two herbs.. the Acidophilus, twice a day (2 capsules) and the Arnica twice a day, 3 tablets dissolved under tongue.. i came later to find out that both the Acidophilus and the Arnica both had some ingredients in them that i don't desire to consume.. the Acidophilus had dextrose in it (a harmful manmade sweetener) and the Arnica had some sucrose (another harmful manmade sweetener).. from what i've studied about Acidophilus, (please correct me if i'm wrong) but its made to help deal with Candida in the body... and the Arnica i was taking to help deal with occasional muscle soreness i would have with my knee (i had ACL surgery two years ago, and sometimes after working out it'll be a little sore)... my question to anyone who may Know is what possible alternative solutions can i use in place of these two remedies...??>> as usual, i'd greatly appreciate the help.. Guest guest
Check your healthfood store - there should be a better brand of Acidophilus available (Bio-K is good - like yogurt and potent, but there are capsules too). Also, The Arnica comes in various brands. The herbalist might not be carrying the best quality although the recommendations are good. You might also look at Boswellin Creme from India made by Nature's Herbs. It is good for joints, although it says it is for arthritis pain. I got mine at my Chiropractor's office, but I've also seen it at healthfood stores and even Kroger (grocery). herbal remedies , natural game <mathmasta1111001> wrote: > > Peace to everyone, > to start off.. i went to see an herbalist and she recommended that i take these two herbs.. the Acidophilus, twice a day (2 capsules) and the Arnica twice a day, 3 tablets dissolved under tongue.. > i came later to find out that both the Acidophilus and the Arnica both had some ingredients in them that i don't desire to consume.. the Acidophilus had dextrose in it (a harmful manmade sweetener) and the Arnica had some sucrose (another harmful manmade sweetener).. from what i've studied about Acidophilus, (please correct me if i'm wrong) but its made to help deal with Candida in the body... and the Arnica i was taking to help deal with occasional muscle soreness i would have with my knee (i had ACL surgery two years ago, and sometimes after working out it'll be a little sore)... > > my question to anyone who may Know is what possible alternative solutions can i use in place of these two remedies...??>> > > as usual, i'd greatly appreciate the help.. > > PEACE Eternally > Natural Game > > > > > > Search presents - Jib Jab's 'Second Term'

Guest guest
my guess is that she must have detected some form of candida.. she used schlerology on me, by observing the schlera of my eye and was able to determine where the main toxicities were in my internal organs, and they were the kidneys and intestines... and based on what i told her, she came to a conclusion that it probably can be a case of candida.. devorah91 <devorah888 wrote: Did she detect candida for you to take the acidophilus?
